Our Code of Conduct:
DB Group’s Code of Conduct is the fundamental rule for our coexistence within the Group and our business activities.
We expect compliance with rules and integrity not only from ourselves, but also from our suppliers and service providers. The DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners provides binding guidance in this regard.
We deal openly with all conflicts of interest. This applies to secondary employment as well as invitations and gifts. Transparency is the key.
The sanctions against Russia currently pose a particular challenge for us.
Whistleblowing:
If you have a concrete suspicion of a serious violation of laws and regulations, we will be happy to receive your report. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and, if desired, can also be submitted anonymously. Integrity, transparency, and compliant behavior are essential components of our business operations. Customers, business partners, and other external parties have the opportunity to report potential compliance violations or other misconduct related to our company.
